- Do you want less pain or more freedom of movement?
- Do you experience pain when moving?
- Do you feel stiff?
- Do you move less easily than before?
Would you like to:
- Move without pain or stiffness?
- Get more out of yourself?
- Feel more comfortable in your body or feel good about yourself?
Then I’m the right person to help you. I have decades of experience coaching others to create a life where pain is merely a signal, and where impossibilities become possibilities. In individual lessons, I use my hands to convey what I do with words in group lessons. This makes it a more intimate experience than in a group setting. I see the individual and group lessons as complementary, but it is also a personal choice to determine which is best for you. Individual lessons are also suitable if, for some reason, group lessons aren’t achievable.
It is a pleasant way of learning, where you are moved by my loving, listening and skilled hands. Additionally, my intuitive abilities have developed more recently, allowing me to quickly feel the most important point of change for you. It provides you with significant insight and the ability to make changes where you thought you were stuck. It’s truly an investment in yourself.

What Does an Individual Lesson Involve?
In each lesson, I address what you bring, the questions you have, particularly about where you would like to achieve more ease. Together, we select a movement to work on.
First, we explore the movement: How is it now? What goes well? What is difficult?
Then, I make small, often unusual movements with you. This helps you feel where you stop or hinder yourself and where you have unused range of motion. This process helps you notice and release habitual muscle tensions. Afterwards, you feel different: more spacious, lighter, freer, fuller, …
I will always return to your original question by going back to the initial movement. It’s surprising to feel how it has changed!
